Seeking experienced quality builders for a variety of residential extension & refurbishment projects across Bristol, Bath & Keynsham jobs including start to finish Extensions and Loft Conversions, team management
Builders will be required to complete 1st & 2nd fix works and joinery installations to a high standard.
All candidates must:
• Hold a valid CSCS card
• Be comfortable working alongside other Trades in a team or alone when required
• Have a minimum of 1 years' experience in UK with applicable references
• Be able to complete 1st & 2nd fix installations with speed and precision
• Have all tools - minimum requirement is full hand kit and cordless
• Have access to reliable transport to meet at job sites
• Be reliable, punctual, hardworking and maintain a professional attitude to all tasks
